Former Bank of China Vice President Under Investigation for Discipline, Law Violations

Lin Jingzhen, former vice president of the Bank of China, is under investigation for alleged serious breaches of Party discipline and national law.
According to an official statement released on Tuesday, the case is being handled by the Communist Party of China’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision. The Party’s leadership confirmed that investigations are underway into the allegations.
